My character for my one of my final projects in uni and is being used for one of my collaborations.

She is 1984 poly's and is created using 3ds Max, Roadkill, Crazybump, Mudbox & Photoshop.

Sae is made for games so is low poly.

Hey nice work! One thing you might want to consider changing is the color of the hair or the specularity of it. Right now it blends in too much with the dress. In fact in the close up you posted I thought it was a hood. Otherwise I like it.

Thanks! :D :P

She looks very... Nightmare before Christmas/Corpse bride.

I think it's just the elongated limbs and torso, mixed with the size comparisons.

But i have to say, well done on this, it looks great :)

Yeah, I like the Style she's in, I sirta want to lean towards that style of art myself... But my mind wont allow it. I can swap proportions a little, and mess with them... But it just wont. let me. Do that..

And not a problem, as I said, good work deserves praise, and i'm glad to do it, without posting a comment like "Awesome" or "cool"

:P

Model the character normally then elongate her/him into the style you want ;). Suppose its a bit harder than that in drawing but photoshop might be able to help ;)

I love all comments, but it's always nice to get nice long comments or crits etc etc :D so thankies!

That's not a bad idea, in 3-D Elongating a mesh isnt' as hard, photoshop is alright for it, but I hate pixilation, I suppose I could use illustrator.

But I also suppose I could hack off my limbs and beat myself to death with them.

I know which I would find more enthralling.
